Orders within Australia

• Free delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $100
• Orders under $100 are sent at a standard postage as calculated at checkout

Orders outside Australia

• International delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method. ANNINA uses Standard Air Postage which includes tracking. 

• Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. ANNINA is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.

Processing your order

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Tracking orders

International orders are sent with Standard Airmail service. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days. Feel free to contact us for a more precise shipping time estimate at info@annina.com.au.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Only items purchased on the ANNINA website can be returned to annina.com.au for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a retail store or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase, and are subject to their returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (our compostable mailers are actually reusable!). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@annina.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage for change of mind will be at the buyer's expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and sort it out.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. For refunds to bank accounts, please allow 3 working days.
